well, i think couple aspects of the youth group can be improved. first area we need to improve is the way we express ourselves. it has been the "dongsan curse" not to show our emotions during praise and worship. i think one way we can help this is to express ourselves in biblestudy or in smaller groups. it might sometimes be hard and embarassing to give praise and worship when 40 other people are around you. i think its easier to start out smaller by sharing with a small group and opening up to that certain small group. another area we should try to improve is diversity. we tend to keep the youth group to ourselves. i dont know about the current group, but i felt that we didnt reach out to some individuals as much as we should have. one way we could improve this is to have a secretary who can make sure that all members of the youthgroup are participating in events and other things. as where i lacked, i think the youthgroup needs to pray and read the bible more
good thoughts... i like them. we just elected a prez, secretary, and "treasurer". i think smaller group needs to improve as well... it's hard, but that needs to break..
